Custom Orders
When you purchase an item that is customized you will be making small changes to the original item such as personalization or color changes. For example, you may order an Amish Basket listed on the site that you would like in a specific color scheme. When making a custom order please note there will be an extended period added to your shipping time as the item will be made after the order is official. We expect that you will receive a custom order in approximately 3 weeks. This time frame may vary depending on the item purchased. You may also incure an additional charge for the customization. You will be notified of the time frame and any extra charges.
Special Orders
Our listed artists are willing to make items on special order. If you have something in mind, contact us with the information and we will get it to the appropriate artist and get back to you with details.
You can design your own knife, pottery, etched glass pattern, or you can just change something as small as the color of an item. Our artists enjoy being creative, so let your imagination produce a special and unique item that you will come to cherish.
Please note that the price and shipping time for a special order will be calculated on an individual basis as each item will have to be made to your requirements.
