Shipping:
We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail or UPS ground. All orders usually ship within 3-5 business days.
Out of Stock Items:
Our artists work hard to ensure they always have the listed products in stock. However, there may be times when an item pictured on Cherish's Country Store is not available for immediate shipment. In the event this happens, you will be notified by e-mail and given an expected date of completion. You will then have the option of canceling your order. Out of stock orders are given top priority and will be shipped as soon as possible. We thank you in advance for your patience.
Returns:
We are confident you will love each hand made
item you purchase from Cherish's Country Store. However, if you are dissatisfied for
any reason you are welcome to return the item. Follow these steps for each return:

inform us of your intent to return.
2. Wait for
confirmation e-mail from us which will include a return number.
3. Include the return number with the item you are returning and mail it

You are responsible for return shipping cost.
If your gift item arrives broken or with some other defect, we will replace that gift item
as soon as possible.
