HAND-MADE product information:
We sell HAND-MADE items. That means that each item is made by hand by an artist. The artists strive to reproduce similar items, however there will be slight differences in each piece. For example, if you order four of the frog mugs listed on our site, each mug will have blue glaze and a frog on the outside of the mug in approximately the same place, but each mug might be slightly taller, shorter, and have more or less blue glaze than the other mugs. Since these items are not machine manufactured they will always have some unique properties. This is what makes them beautiful pieces anyone will cherish.
