Refund / Exchange Policy

In order to return an item that has not been special ordered, customized, or personalized, you must use your order number. You may return merchandise in its original condition, within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping.
Any shipping cost that you incur to return a product to us will not be refunded.

A special order, customized, or personalized product will only be refunded if there is damage to the product or the product was not created to the order specifications. If you are planning to special order, customize, or personalize an order please call before you order the product so that we can make it to get the correct specifications.
