Shipping:
We ship your unique handmade gifts and accessories by UPS ground and USPS priority mail. The average shipping time for these two shipping options is 8 - 10 working days.
Shipping charges apply to the continental United States only. Shipments costs outside of the continental USA will be calculated on an individual basis.
You can chose to have us ship your handmade order using Express Mail for an additional cost.
Out of Stock Items:
Our artists work hard to ensure they always have the listed products in stock. However, as each item or gift is handmade, there may be times when a handmade item pictured is not available for immediate shipment. In the event this happens, you will be notified by e-mail and given an expected date of completion. You will then have the option of canceling your handmade gift order. Out of stock orders are given top priority and will be shipped as soon as possible. We thank you in advance for your patience.
Returns:
We are confident you will love each handmade gift you purchase from Cherish's Country Store. However, if you are dissatisfied for any reason you are welcome to return the item. Follow these steps for each return:
1. e-mail info@cherishscountrystore.com and inform us of your intent to return.
2. Wait for confirmation e-mail from us which will include a return number.
3. Include the return number with the item you are returning and mail it back to CherishsCountryStore.com, P.O. Box 911, Colstrip, MT 59323
You are responsible for return shipping cost.
If your handmade gift arrives broken or with some other defect, we will replace that gift item as soon as possible and pay for shipping costs incurred during the return process.
